Subject Requirements
- Applicants normally require an undergraduate degree or equivalent. A business, finance, accounting, economics or related background is useful but course-specific flexibility may apply.
Academic requirements
- For Bangladeshi applicants, normally a recognised 4-year Bachelor's degree with 55% or above. The University's general postgraduate standard is normally a UK 2:2 Honours degree or international equivalent. Course-specific requirements and relevant professional experience may also be considered.
English Language Requirements
- IELTS Academic/UKVI Academic IELTS 6.0 overall with minimum 5.5 in each element, or another English qualification accepted by the University. Some programmes may require a higher score.
Additional Requirements
- For 2026/27, eligible international postgraduate students with at least 75% GPA or equivalent may qualify for a £3,000 Postgraduate Global Merit Scholarship or up to £4,000 Postgraduate Global Subject-Specific Merit Scholarship on eligible programmes. International Master's students not receiving another scholarship normally receive the £1,000 Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship. Eligible students may also receive a £1,000 prompt-payment discount. Scholarships cannot normally be combined with each other.
